Data controller
CONSETRA LOGISTICA S.R.L., Via Tenuta del Cavaliere 1, 00012 Guidonia Montecelio (RM), P. IVA 14343741006, REA RM 1513970. Contatto: amministrazione@consetralogistica.it, tel. 06 60501000.
According to Consetra’s currently published legal information, appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is not required; personal-data requests should therefore be addressed to the Controller.
Data processed
The public website contains no contact forms. Data may be provided voluntarily when a user contacts Consetra by email, telephone, certified email or another channel shown on the website. Technical systems may also process ordinary connection data needed for operation and security, such as IP addresses, requests and browser technical information. If the visitor consents to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may also process technical and usage data needed for statistical measurement of the website.
Google Analytics 4
Consetra uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, only after the visitor gives explicit consent. The service is disabled by default and its script is not loaded before consent. It is used to obtain aggregate statistics about website use and to measure traffic and page interactions. The Measurement ID used is G-5C65T1BW2H.
Analytics consent can be refused or withdrawn at any time through COOKIE PREFERENCES in the footer. Withdrawal stops further Analytics collection in the current browsing context and, where technically possible, the website removes first-party Google Analytics cookies present on the Consetra domain.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to respond to requests, manage pre-contractual and contractual relationships, comply with legal duties, administer and protect digital services and, where applicable, pursue legitimate interests such as handling complaints, disputes, debts and unlawful activity. Processing through Google Analytics 4 for statistical purposes is based on the visitor’s consent. Marketing communications require the legal basis prescribed by applicable law.
Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes and for periods required by law. Accounting and tax records are retained for statutory periods. Consetra states that it adopts technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk in order to protect personal data. Data processed through Google Analytics is also subject to the relevant Google service retention settings and terms.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, individuals may exercise rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be sent to the Controller using the contact details above.
Complaints
A complaint may be lodged with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
